The vehicle does not start - the vehicle cranks but the anti-theft indicator flashes rapidly at key ON	Incorrect TCM calibration TCM IC	REFER to MODULE CONFIGURATION article for TCM calibration. TEST the system for normal operation. If the concern is still present, REFER to DTC Charts .
The vehicle does not start- the anti-theft indicator proves out for 3 seconds as normal, vehicle does not crank	TCM	CARRY OUT the TCM diagnostics. REFER to STARTING SYSTEM article.
