Pinpoint Test D: The Power Seat Does Not Make Full Travel

  1. D1 CHECK FOR AN OBSTRUCTION IN THE SEAT TRACK 
    • Check the seat track for obstructions or damage/misalignment of the seat track.
    • Is the seat track free of obstructions and in good condition? 
    1. YES  : COMPARE the travel to a similar vehicle for reference. TEST the system for normal operation.
    2. NO  : IDENTIFY the cause and CLEAR the seat track of obstructions or INSTALL a new seat track component as necessary. TEST the system for normal operation.
