Window Glass - Rear Quarter: Removal

LH rear quarter window glass
- If equipped, remove the auxiliary climate control housing. For additional information, refer to AUXILIARY CLIMATE CONTROL - HYBRID article.
- If equipped, remove the bolt and the auxiliary climate control upper housing bracket.
- Remove the headliner. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION article.
- Using the special tool, cut the urethane adhesive from the quarter window glass starting at the top center and working toward the bottom corners and remove the rear quarter window glass.
- Using a soft brush or vacuum, remove any foreign material or dirt from the pinch weld.

NOTE:
Lubricate the urethane adhesive with water to aid the special tool when cutting.
NOTE:
Locating pins need to be cut through in order to remove the rear quarter window glass. The new quarter window glass will be equipped with new locating pins.
