Disassembly & Reassembly

  1. Using Bearing Pulling Attachment (D79L-4621-A) to support steering knuckle, press wheel hub from wheel knuckle. See Fig 1 . If inner wheel remains on wheel hub, use Bearing Pulling Attachment to remove inner bearing race from wheel hub. Remove retainer ring from wheel knuckle. See Fig 2 . Using Bearing Pulling Attachment, press front wheel bearing from wheel knuckle.
  2. To reassemble, reverse disassembly procedure.
