Installation (Villager)

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure torque converter is fully seated. Torque converter bolt mounting surface should be.760" (19 mm) below bellhousing mounting surface prior to installation if converter is installed correctly.
  2. Tighten all bolts/nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Adjust linkage and fill transaxle with appropriate fluid. See appropriate AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION article.
