System Airflow Description: Panel/Floor

When PANEL/FLOOR is selected:

The air inlet mode door, with no vacuum being applied, allows outside air.
The floor mode door and the panel air inlet mode door receive full vacuum signals, allowing airflow to blend between the panel vents and the floor ducts.
The defrost air inlet mode door receives a full vacuum signal, closing off airflow to the windshield defroster hose nozzle and directing airflow to the heater outlet floor duct.
The A/C compressor is only enabled due to a request from the TBCM to cool the HVTB and not the cabin.
The blower motor is ON.
