Removal & Installation (E350)

- Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel. Remove hub assembly. See HUB ASSEMBLY (E250 & E350) . Remove caliper anchor plate/caliper assembly. Mark wheel stud and corresponding rotor hole to minimize runout when installing. See Fig 1. Remove rotor bolts. Remove rotor.
- Inspect the rear hub for cracks and damage around the bolt holes an oversized holes.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Align rotor and hub stud marks. Install new brake pads as necessary. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
