Removal & Installation (Motorhome Chassis)

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the stoplight switch and the brake booster pushrod from the brake pedal pin. Remove the retaining pin. Remove the stoplight switch. Remove the brake booster pushrod. See Fig 1.
  3. On vehicles with Hydro-Max, remove the brake pedal pivot nut and bolt. Remove the brake pedal bracket nut and bolt. Remove the brake pedal bracket. See Fig 2.
  4. On vehicles with Hydro-Boost, remove the brake pedal nut and bolt. Remove the brake pedal bracket nut and bolt. Remove the brake pedal and bracket. See Fig 3.
  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
