Test J: Passenger-Side Air Bag High Resistance Or Open Circuit (DTC B1933): Description

Electronic Crash Sensor (ECS) module monitors resistance of passenger-side air bag ignitor circuits by measuring resistance between ECS module connector terminals No. 14 and 28. If ECS module detects high resistance on these circuits, it will store Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) B1933 in memory and flash Code 33 on AIR BAG warning light.
