Fuel Tank Draining Procedure

NOTE: 100-Gallon Diesel Fuel Hand Pump Storage Tanker (034-00005) is required to perform this procedure. See Figure.

Disconnect negative battery cable. On vehicles with dual batteries, see DUAL BATTERIES under MISCELLANEOUS. Raise and support the vehicle. Disconnect fuel tank filler pipe hose. Insert hose from 100-Gallon Diesel Fuel Hand Pump Storage Tanker and siphon fuel through fuel filler hose opening.
