Removal & Installation

Remove the engine appearance cover. See Fig 1. Disconnect the fuel return tube from the regulator. See Fig 2.
WARNING:
Clean all fuel residue from engine compartment. Failure to do so can cause personal injury or damage to the vehicle.
Remove fuel pressure regulator Torx® screws and cap. Remove "O" ring, spring and poppet valve. See Fig 3. Thoroughly clean fuel pressure regulator bore in the fuel filter/water separator. To install, reverse removal procedure.
