Removal & Installation

Remove turbocharger. See TURBOCHARGER . Disconnect exhaust backpressure solenoid electrical connector. Remove 4 turbocharger pedestal mounting bolts and remove turbocharger pedestal. Remove and discard "O" rings. To install, reverse removal procedure. Install NEW "O" rings on turbocharger pedestal and tighten all bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
