Removal & Installation

Remove air cleaner, inlet duct and resonator. See AIR INTAKE RESONATOR under AIR INDUCTION SYSTEMS. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE under FUEL SYSTEMS. Remove fuel pressure regulator Torx(R) screws and cap. Remove "O" ring, spring and poppet valve. See Fig 1 . Thoroughly clean fuel pressure regulator bore in the fuel filter/water separator. To install, reverse removal procedure.
