Seat Cushion - Front, 20 Percent: Assembly

  1. Position the seat cushion foam pad on the pan. Fasten the J-clips.

    2. NOTE: LH shown, RH similar.

  2. Install the RH and LH seat riser retaining bolts.
    • To install, tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).
  3. Install the LH seat back bracket bolts.
    • To install, tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).

  4. Install the seat latch. For additional information, refer to Seat Latch - 20 Percent  in this article.
  5. Install the seat backrest. For additional information, refer to Seat Backrest - Front, 20 Percent  in this article.
  6. Install the front seat. For additional information, refer to Seat - Front, 20 Percent  in this article.
  7. Install the front seats. For additional information, refer to Seat - Front, With Seat Integrated Restraints (SIR)  or Seat - Front, Bucket and 40 Percent  in this article.
