Oil Pump: Removal

  1. Remove the timing drive components. For additional information, refer to Timing Drive Components  in this article.
  2. Remove the oil pan. For additional information, refer to Oil Pan - Automatic Transmission  or Oil Pan - Manual Transmission  in this article.
    3. Fig 1: Locating Oil Pump Bolts

  3. Remove the 3 bolts and the oil pump.
