Transfer Case Rear Output Shaft Seal: Installation

- Using the special tools, install a new rear output seal.
- Using the special tool to prevent the flange from turning, install the rear flange and a new rear output flange nut.
- Tighten to 251 N.m (186 lb-ft).
- Connect the rear driveshaft to the transfer case.
- Install 4 new rear driveshaft flange bolts.
- Tighten to 102 N.m (75 lb-ft).
NOTE:
Align the index marks made during removal.
