The high beams are inoperative	Fuse Circuitry High beam relay Multifunction switch CJB	Go to Pinpoint Test C .
One low beam headlamp is inoperative	Fuse Circuitry CJB	Go to Pinpoint Test D .
One high beam headlamp is inoperative	Circuitry	REPAIR circuit 12 (LG/BK). TEST the system for normal operation.
The headlamps are on continuously	Circuitry Headlamp switch Multifunction switch Vehicle security module (VSM) CJB High beam relay Fog lamp relay Daytime running lamp (DRL) system	Go to Pinpoint Test E .
The flash-to-pass feature is inoperative	Circuitry Multifunction switch	MEASURE the voltage between the multifunction switch C202c-8, circuit 196 (DB/OG), harness side and ground. If the voltage is greater than 10 volts, INSTALL a new multifunction switch. REFER to STEERING COLUMN SWITCHES article. TEST the system for normal operation. If the voltage is not greater than 10 volts, REPAIR circuit 196 (DB/OG). TEST the system for normal operation.
