Vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission

- Position the engine in the vehicle and mate it to the transmission.
NOTE:
Make sure the marks made on the torque converter stud and the flexplate are lined up.
- Install the 4 torque converter nuts.
- Tighten to 36 Nm (27 lb-ft).
- Install the cylinder block opening cover.
NOTE:
Rotate the crankshaft using the crankshaft pulley bolt to access all of the torque converter nuts.
- Attach the transmission cooler tubes to the bracket.
