P0101 - Mass Or Volume Air Flow A Circuit Range/Performance

P0101 - MASS OR VOLUME AIR FLOW A CIRCUIT RANGE/PERFORMANCE

Description:  If the engine speed is below 1500 RPM a MAF PID reading greater than 4.0 volts indicates a concern, if the engine speed is above 1500 RPM a MAF PID reading greater than 4.9 Volts indicates a concern.
Possible Causes: 
  • Restricted air flow
  • Intake air leak
  • Contamination
  • Damaged sensor
Diagnostic Aids:  Check the MAF sensor for contamination and the intake air system for leaks.
Application    Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory
