PINPOINT TEST AG: Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor: Introduction

NOTE:
Base idle should not be less than 0.5 volt.
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- APP sensor (9F836)
- harness circuits: APP1, APP2, APP3, SIGRTN, and VREF
- powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
