Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor

- Disconnect the wiring harness and retainer from the RH valve cover stud and position it aside.
- Remove the nut and the radio frequency interference capacitor from the RH valve cover stud and position it aside.
- To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
- Disconnect the camshaft position sensor (CMP) electrical connector.
- Remove the bolt and the CMP sensor.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Lubricate the CMP O-ring seal with clean engine oil.
