Normal Operation

The restraints control module (RCM) monitors the HS-CAN for a vehicle speed message from the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module. If the RCM receives an invalid or missing vehicle speed message, it will store diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U2023 in memory.
