Air Bag and Safety Belt Pretensioner Supplemental Restraint System (SRS): Clockspring

The clockspring:

Is mounted on the steering column, behind the steering wheel.
Allows continuous electrical contact between the RCM and the driver air bag module when the steering wheel is turned.
