Pinpoint Test O: One Turn Signal Lamp Is Always On

O1 CHECK THE TURN LAMP VOLTAGE SUPPLY CIRCUIT FOR A SHORT TO VOLTAGE
- Key in OFF position.
- Disconnect: SJB C2280a (Front Lamp).
- Disconnect: SJB C2280e (Rear Lamp).
- Key in ON position.
- Does the turn lamp continue to illuminate?
Yes: For the LH front turn lamp, REPAIR circuit 1342 (GY/BK). TEST the system for normal operation.

For the RH front turn lamp, REPAIR circuit 1341 (DB/OG). TEST the system for normal operation. For the LH rear turn lamp, REPAIR circuit 1363 (WH/RD). TEST the system for normal operation.

For the RH rear turn lamp, REPAIR circuit 1365 (GY/LB). TEST the system for normal operation.

No: GO to O2.
O2 CHECK FOR CORRECT SJB OPERATION

Disconnect all the SJB connectors. Check for:
- corrosion
- pushed-out pins
Connect all the SJB connectors and make sure they seat correctly.
Operate the system and verify the concern is still present.
Is the concern still present?

Yes: INSTALL a new SJB. REFER to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION . TEST the system for normal operation.

No: The system is operating correctly at this time. The concern may have been caused by a loose or corroded connector.
