Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the oil level indicator.
  2. Remove the stud bolt and the oil level indicator tube.
    • Remove and discard the O-ring seal.
    • To install, tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb-in).
    3. NOTE: Install a new O-ring seal and lubricate with clean engine oil.
  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
