Disassembly and Assembly

Remove the seat cushion. For additional information, refer to SEAT CUSHION - FRONT, BUCKET AND 40 PERCENT .
Remove the bolt.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (7 lb-ft).

WARNING: The metal edges of seat cushion pan can be sharp.

Unclip the J-clips.
Position the upholstery and remove the pin-type retainers.

Remove the seat cushion foam pad from the frame.

CAUTION: Use care when separating the seat cushion trim cover from the hook-and-loop strip, or the hook-and-loop strip can be torn from the seat cushion foam.

Remove the upholstery hook-and-loop strip.
To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
