Seat Cushion - Front, 20 Percent: Disassembly

  1. Remove the front seats. For additional information, refer to SEAT - FRONT, WITH SEAT INTEGRATED RESTRAINTS (SIR)  or SEAT - FRONT, BUCKET AND 40 PERCENT .
  2. Remove the front seat. For additional information, refer to SEAT - FRONT, 20 PERCENT .
  3. Remove the seat backrest. For additional information, refer to SEAT BACKREST - FRONT, 20 PERCENT .
  4. Remove the seat latch. For additional information, refer to SEAT LATCH - 20 PERCENT .
  5. Remove the LH seat backrest bracket retaining bolts.

  6. Remove the 5 RH and LH seat riser retaining bolts.
  7. Unfasten the J-clips. Remove the seat cushion foam pad.

    Assembly 

  1. Position the seat cushion foam pad on the pan. Fasten the J-clips.

    2. NOTE: LH shown, RH similar.
  2. Install the RH and LH seat riser retaining bolts.
    • To install, tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).

  3. Install the LH seat back bracket bolts.
    • To install, tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).

  4. Install the seat latch. For additional information, refer to SEAT LATCH - 20 PERCENT .
  5. Install the seat backrest. For additional information, refer to SEAT BACKREST - FRONT, 20 PERCENT .
  6. Install the front seat. For additional information, refer to SEAT - FRONT, 20 PERCENT .
  7. Install the front seats. For additional information, refer to SEAT - FRONT, WITH SEAT INTEGRATED RESTRAINTS (SIR)  or SEAT - FRONT, BUCKET AND 40 PERCENT .
