Removal and Installation

NOTE: Make sure the headlamp switch and the ignition switch are in the OFF position.

    Aerodynamic 

  1. Remove the 4 radiator grille screws.
  2. Remove the 4 screws and the headlamp assembly.
    • Disconnect the electrical connectors.

    3. Sealed beam 

  3. Remove the side lamp/front turn signal lamp. For additional information, refer to SIDE LAMP/FRONT TURN SIGNAL LAMP BULB .
  4. Remove the 4 screws and the headlamp retaining ring.
  5. Remove the headlamp assembly.
    • Disconnect the electrical connector.

    6. All vehicles 

  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
