Transmission Insulator And Retainer: Installation

  1. Install the rear transmission insulator and lower the transmission onto the crossmember.

    2. NOTE: It may be necessary to raise the back of the transmission slightly in order to install the bolts.

  2. Loosely install the transmission insulator bolts.
  3. Loosely install the transmission insulator nuts.

  4. Tighten the transmission insulator bolts and nuts.
    • Tighten bolts to 94 Nm (69 lb-ft).
    • Tighten nuts to 103 Nm (76 lb-ft).
