Heater Core Backflushing

- Once pressure is released, remove the pressure relief cap.
- Clamp off the heater hoses.
- Use cooling system Flush-All, Flush Kit Hardware Package and Drain Kit to backflush the heater core. Use Premium Cooling System Flush or equivalent.
- Remove the clamps from the heater hoses.
WARNING:
Do not unscrew the coolant pressure relief cap while the engine is operating or cooling system is hot. The cooling system is under pressure; steam and hot liquid can come out forcefully when the cap is loosened slightly. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious personal injury.
