The alarm system does not arm/disarm - from the driver door lock cylinder	Circuitry Lock cylinder switch (part of the driver front door latch) Smart junction box (SJB)	GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
The alarm system does not arm/disarm - using the remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitter	RKE transmitter Smart junction box (SJB)	GO to PINPOINT TEST B .
The alarm system does not arm/disarm - using the remote keyless entry (RKE) keypad	Circuitry RKE keypad Smart junction box (SJB)	Make sure the doors lock and unlock with the RKE keypad. If the doors do not lock and unlock using the RKE keypad, REFER to HANDLES, LOCKS, LATCHES AND ENTRY SYSTEMS . If the doors lock and unlock using the RKE keypad INSTALL a new SJB, REFER to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULES .
The alarm system does not operate correctly - flashers or horn do not cycle during anti-theft activation	Circuitry Smart junction box (SJB) Horn	GO to PINPOINT TEST D .
