Selector Lever Bezel: Installation

- Install the gearshift bezel.
- Feed the overdrive cancel switch electrical connector wire harness into the opening in the bezel and install the knob.
- Install the set screw.
- Install the top finish panel.
- Install the upper shift lever trim ring.
- To install the upper shift lever trim ring, orient the thick tab on the driver side front of the shifter and press into place.
- Move the shifter through all gears from PARK to DRIVE several times making sure that the shift knob set screw is not too tight.
CAUTION:
Do not overtighten the set screw or damage to the plastic straw will occur.
