The high wiper speeds do not operate correctly	Circuitry Multi-function switch Windshield wiper motor	GO to PINPOINT TEST E .
The intermittent wiper speed does not operate correctly - front	Circuitry Multi-function switch Smart junction box (SJB)	GO to PINPOINT TEST F .
The low wiper speeds do not operate correctly - front	Circuitry Multi-function switch Windshield wiper motor	GO to PINPOINT TEST F .

The wash and wipe function is inoperative - front	Multi-function switch	If the LOW speed wiper is inoperative, GO to PINPOINT TEST F . If the front washer is inoperative, GO to PINPOINT TEST H . If the front wiper does not sweep when the front washer is in the ON position, INSTALL a new multi-function switch. REFER to STEERING COLUMN SWITCHES .
The wash and wipe function is inoperative - rear	Circuitry Multi-function switch Rear washer pump Smart junction box (SJB)	GO to PINPOINT TEST I .
The wipers will not park at the correct position - front	Pivot arm adjustment Linkage	ADJUST/REPAIR as necessary.
The wipers will not park at the correct position - front	Circuitry Multi-function switch Windshield wiper motor	GO to PINPOINT TEST J .
The wipers will not park at the correct position - rear	Pivot arm adjustment	ADJUST/REPAIR as necessary.
The wipers will not park at the correct position - rear	Rear wiper motor	INSTALL a new rear wiper motor. REFER to WIPER MOTOR - REAR WINDOW in this article. TEST the system for normal operation.
