INSTRUMENT CLUSTER SELF-DIAGNOSTIC MODE (ESCAPE HYBRID)

| tESt | Initial entry display into self-test mode. |
| GAGE | Carries out a gauge sweep of all gauges, then displays the present gauge values. Also carries out the checksum test on the ROM and EEPROM. |
| All segments illuminated | Carries out a prove-out of all PRNDL/ready indicator/trip odometer LCD display segments. |
| All dot segments illuminated | Carries out a prove-out of all message center display dot segments. |
| bulb | Illuminates all micro-controlled lamps/LEDs. |
| R #### | Return to normal operation of all micro-controlled lamps/LEDs and displays the hexadecimal ROM level and type. |
| nr#### | Displays the hexadecimal ROM level and type as stored. |
| EE## | Displays the hexadecimal EE level. |
| dt#### | Displays the hexadecimal coding of the final manufacturing test date. |
| CFI## | Displays the hexadecimal coding of the 1st byte of the module configuration settings. |
| CF2## | Displays the hexadecimal coding of the 2nd byte of the module configuration settings. |
| CF3 ## | Displays the hexadecimal coding of the 3rd byte of the module configuration settings. |
| CF4## | Displays the hexadecimal coding of the 4th byte of the module configuration settings. |
| CF5## | Displays the hexadecimal coding of the 5th byte of the module configuration settings. |
| CF6## | Displays the hexadecimal coding of the Altec NVM module configuration. |
| DTC #### | Displays a 16-bit DTC in hexadecimal format. The DTCs displayed are those detected in continuous operation, not during a self-test. |
| E####.# | Displays the US speed value being input. The speedometer indicates the present speed. |
| ####.# | Displays the metric speed value being input. The speedometer indicates the present speed. |
| t#### | Displays the tachometer value being input to the instrument cluster. The tachometer indicates the present rpm. |
| F### | Displays the present fuel level analog/digital ratio input in decimal. The instrument cluster indicates the present fuel level. |
| FP### | Displays the present fuel level percent status in decimal. |
| CA-##.# | Displays the present kilowatt calculated value in decimal. The Charge/Assist gauge indicates the present filtered value. |
| SOC 1## | Displays the present percent value received from a CAN message in decimal. The message ELEC ENERGY AVAIL display indicates LOW or NORMAL. |
| ET### | Displays the last engine coolant temperature input value from a CAN message. |
| BT### | Displays the last battery temperature input value from a CAN message. |
| ODO ### | Displays the odometer input from a CAN message in decimal. The value is a rolling count. |
| TR###.# | Displays the trip odometer value in miles. |
| NCS -# | Displays the message center input. |
| BAT ##.# | Displays the present SBATT A/D reading in volts. |
| D### | Displays the present decimal dimming switch input. |
| RH5 ## | Display the instrument cluster dimming step in decimal. |
| HLPS-# | Displays the last status of headlamps/parklamps activation received from a CAN message from the SJB. |
| IIN-1 | Displays the last status of key in ignition received from a CAN message from the SJB. |
| DOOR-A | Displays the driver side door ajar status received from a CAN message from the SJB. |
| STBT-# | Displays the status of the seatbelt input. |
| PRND## | Displays the last input value of TRS state from a CAN message from the PCM. |
| PAR-# | Displays the input status of redundant park hardwired input. |
| CR-# | RUN/START sense circuit check. |
| ACC-3 | RUN/ACC sense circuit check. |
| Ch-# | Displays either the chime last sounded by the instrument cluster or the chime that is presently sounding. |
| ChE## | Displays the 2-bit MIL telltale data. |
| OPS-# | Displays the input status of the oil pressure switch. |
| TT1 ## | Displays the hexadecimal value of the telltale inputs from the CAN. |
| TT2## | Displays the hexadecimal value of the telltale inputs from the high speed CAN. |
| TT3## | Displays the hexadecimal value of the telltale inputs from the high speed CAN. |
| THFT## | Displays the hexadecimal values of the vehicle security visual indicator mode. |
| 464 ## | Displays the 2-bit 4x4 message data from a CAN message. |
| IOC## | Displays the hexadecimal value of the last received medium speed CAN $3B 1 data byte message. |
| IOC## | Displays the hexadecimal value of the last received medium speed CAN $3B 1 data byte message. |
| IOC2## | Displays the hexadecimal value of the last received medium speed CAN $3B8 data byte message. |
| 301 ## | Displays the hexadecimal value of the last received medium speed CAN $3B9 data byte message. |
| PA## | Displays the 8-bit hexadecimal value of the port A readings. |
| PADO ## | Displays the 8-bit hexadecimal value of the port ADO readings. |
| PB ## | Displays the 8-bit hexadecimal value of the port B readings. |
