Power Steering Pump Pulley - 2.3L: Installation

NOTE: Make sure the pulley is flush with the end of the power steering pump shaft.

Fig 1: Installing Power Steering Pump Pulley Using Special Tool (211-185)

Using the special tool, install the power steering pump pulley.
Position the A/C manifold tube assembly bracket and install the 2 nuts.
- Tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).
Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise and install the accessory drive belt.
