Trouble Shooting

Verify customer complaint by operating multifunction switch, horn or headlight switch. See WIPER WASHER SYSTEM - BLACKWOOD article. Check for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage. Check for blown fuse(s) in battery junction box or central junction box, loose or corroded connectors, or damaged wiring harness. Check for damaged ignition switch or ignition key. Repair or replace components as necessary. If no fault is found, repair by symptom. See SYMPTOM INDEX table under SYSTEM TESTS.
