Oil Pump Screen and Pickup Tube: Installation

Install a new O-ring seal on the oil pump screen and pickup tube.- Lubricate the O-ring seal with clean engine oil.
- 2.
Install the oil pump screen and pickup tube.- 1.
Position the oil pump screen and pickup tube.
- 2.
Install the bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- 3.
Install the nut and tighten in 2 stages.- Stage 1: Tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
- Stage 2: Tighten 45 degrees.
