Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the ignition lock cylinder. For additional information, refer to HANDLES, LOCKS, LATCHES AND ENTRY SYSTEMS .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the PATS transceiver.
    3. NOTE: No key programming needs to occur with the removal or installation of a new PATS transceiver.
  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
