Air Tube Repair

  1. Cut the tube at the damaged area.
  2. Trim the sleeve material from both ends of the damaged tube.

  3. Taper both ends of the tube by shaving or sanding it 3 mm (0.11 in) from the tips.

  4. Install the repair filling.

  5. NOTE: Check system for leaks.
  6. Inflate the air suspension system. For additional information, refer to RIDE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS .
