DTC P0A1B: Drive Motor A Control Module

P0A1B - DRIVE MOTOR A CONTROL MODULE

Description:

This DTC indicates a drive motor A control module (MCM) internal malfunction.

Possible Causes:

MCM processor malfunction.
MCM A/D converter malfunction.
MCM supply voltage out of range.
TCM-MCM serial link malfunction.

⁽¹⁾	Install a new transaxle. Refer to AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE/TRANSMISSION - ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (ECVT) .

⁽²⁾	Clear the transaxle control module (TCM) continuous DTCs. Repeat the self-test. If DTC P0A1A is present again, install a new transaxle. Refer to AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE/TRANSMISSION - ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (ECVT) .
