Removal and Installation

NOTE: LH side shown, RH side similar.
  1. Using a suitable tool, release the mini-buckle.

  2. Release the 2 levers located at the lower outboard edges of the seat cushion, lift the cushion up and pull the cushion out.

  3. If equipped, disconnect the heated seat electrical connectors at both outboard sides of the seat cushion.

  4. Remove the seat cushion.
  5. Using the release lever located in the trunk, fold the appropriate seat backrest down.
  6. Remove the nut at the bottom of the side bolster.
    • To install, tighten to 11 Nm (8 lb-ft).
  7. Pull down the lever to release the LH latch and remove the LH side bolster.

  8. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
