Oil Cooler: Installation

  1. Position the oil cooler and loosely install the bolt. Rotate the oil cooler clockwise until the locating pin hits the stop.
    • Tighten to 57 Nm (42 lb-ft).

  2. Connect the 2 coolant hoses.
  3. Install the LH exhaust manifold. For additional information, refer to EXHAUST MANIFOLD - LH  in this article .
  4. Fill and bleed the cooling system. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
