Crankshaft Rear Seal: Removal

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
  2. Remove the flexplate. For additional information, refer to FLEXPLATE  in this article .
  3. Using the special tools, remove the crankshaft rear oil seal.
