Speed Control Cable: Removal

Remove accelerator control splash shield. Open throttle valve, and slide throttle cable to disconnect from throttle cam nail head. Squeeze speed control cable tabs and remove throttle cable bracket. Push in locking arm on speed control actuator cable cap. Rotate speed control actuator cable cap counterclockwise and separate from speed control servo/actuator. See Figure. Depress spring retainer and slide cable end out of speed control servo/actuator pulley.
