Rear Seat Backrest - 60 Percent of 60/40 Bench, Second Row: Removal

  1. Remove the safety belt anchor bolt.
  2. NOTE: 40 percent seat shown, 60 percent seat similar.

  3. Release the seat backrest J-clip.
  4. Remove all the staples in the backrest support panel.

  5. Invert the seat backrest trim cover and foam pad to access the latch cover screws.

  6. Remove the 4 screws and the 2 covers (outboard shown, inboard similar). Detach the seat backrest material attachment from both of the latch covers.

  7. Remove the 2 backrest pivot bolts (inboard side shown, outboard side similar).

  8. Remove the 60 percent backrest.
