Removal and Installation

  1. If equipped with color-keyed running boards, remove the running board. For additional information, refer to EXTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
  2. Remove the lower moulding pushpins.

  3. Remove the 14 splash shield pin-type retainers.
  4. Remove the 6 splash shield scrivets.
  5. Remove the front splash shield.
  6. Remove the front fender rear splash shield.
  7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
