Removal and Installation

Remove the front wiper pivot arms. For additional information, refer to WIPER PIVOT ARM - FRONT .
Remove the RH cowl grille panel.
Remove the LH cowl grille panel.
Disconnect the windshield wiper motor electrical connector.
- Unclip the wiring harness from the wiper arm.
- Position the wiring harness aside.

Remove the 3 windshield wiper assembly mounting bolts.
- To install, tighten to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft).
Remove the windshield wiper assembly and position on a workbench.
Remove the windshield wiper motor mounting arm bolt and the wiper motor mounting arm.
- To install, tighten to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft).

Remove the 3 windshield wiper motor mounting bolts.
- To install, tighten to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft).

Remove the windshield wiper motor.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
