Removal and Installation

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to JACKING AND LIFTING .
  2. Remove the 4 crossmember bolts.
  3. Remove the 4 crossmember nuts.
    • To install, tighten to 95 Nm (70 lb-ft).
  4. Remove the 1B crossmember.
  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
