Unable To Refuel Vehicle: Notes

Testing procedures are not available for Aviator, Econoline, Excursion, Expedition, Explorer, Explorer Sport, Explorer Sport Trac, LS, Pickup, Navigator, Thunderbird and Windstar.
NOTE:
After each service or repair procedure has been completed, reconnect all components and perform DRIVE CYCLES
in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - CNG, FLEX-FUEL & GASOLINE article. Ensure PENDING CODE CHECK & EVAP MONITOR "BYPASS" CHECK is performed. Clear DTCs and repeat QUICK TEST
in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - CNG, FLEX-FUEL & GASOLINE article to ensure all EEC-V systems are working properly and DTCs are no longer present.
NOTE:
Enter this test only when all steps under QUICK TEST have been successfully completed and unable to refuel condition still exists or if directed here from another test or chart.
