Seat Belt PRETENSIONER

The front seat belt pretensioner is integrated with seat belt retractor assembly. Pretensioner contains a pyrotechnic device that when signaled by the Restraints Control Module (RCM), deploys to remove excess webbing from seat belt system, tightening webbing around occupant.
